We don’t charge by the hour. We believe in providing predictable, stress-free pricing with a monthly flat rate.

Every business is unique, so our pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our minimum monthly fee is $75, and your final rate is determined by factors like your transaction volume and specific service needs. This ensures you get a custom price that fits your business, and you’re never paying for services you don’t need.

We start with your most recent calendar month—January, February, etc.—for just $75. Once that month is complete, we’ll assess your volume and provide a flat monthly rate moving forward.

After your $75 first month, we’ll give you a custom quote based on your unique business activity—so you only pay for what you actually need.

Nope. All services are month-to-month so you stay flexible as your business evolves.

We primarily work with QuickBooks, which is the industry standard for small businesses. We can seamlessly integrate with your existing QuickBooks account or help you get set up on a new one. Our systems are also designed to work with a wide range of other business apps and platforms for seamless data transfer. If you have a specific need for using another accounting software, just ask!

Our onboarding process is designed to be as simple as possible for you. Here’s how we get started:

  1. Questionnaire: You’ll complete a short business questionnaire so we can get to know your business better.
  2. Access: You provide us with secure, view-only guest access to your financial accounts. You’ll also provide access to your current bookkeeping file if one is already set up.

We usually get your file in progress and possibly up to date within a few business days, but the exact timeline depends on how far behind your books are.

We make tax season stress-free. Throughout the year, we ensure your books are clean and organized. At year-end, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive set of accurate financial reports that your CPA or tax preparer will need to file your business taxes. This saves you time, money, and stress.

You will always have a dedicated, human bookkeeper. While our AI tools handle repetitive tasks in the background, your personal bookkeeper is your main point of contact. They provide the expert oversight, personalized attention, and proactive insights you need to grow your business.

We are able to offer affordable rates because we are early adopters of the latest AI tools and automation technology. This advanced technology dramatically streamlines repetitive tasks, making our work more efficient. We believe in passing those time and cost savings directly on to our clients, giving you access to premium service at a fraction of the cost.

Each month, you will receive a standard Profit & Loss statement and a Balance Sheet. We guarantee these essential financial reports will be delivered directly to your inbox by the 20th of each month, or that month’s service is free.

This guarantee is contingent upon us having all necessary information and our questions answered in a timely manner. Other customized reports are also available upon request to provide further insights tailored to your business.
